How do I book an in-person or virtual training session?
Simply choose your preferred session (30, 45, or 60 minutes), select a time from the calendar, and pay online. You’ll get a confirmation email instantly.
Where do in-person sessions take place?
Sessions are held at [your gym/studio name] or at your location (local area only). You’ll receive details after booking.
What do I need for virtual training?
Just a stable internet connection, a phone/tablet/laptop with Zoom or Google Meet, and basic workout space/equipment (we’ll confirm in advance).
How do I receive program packages (like the 4-Week Fat Loss Program)?
Once you purchase, you’ll get an automatic email with a secure download link for your PDF program.
Can I get a refund if I miss a session?
Refunds aren’t available, but you can reschedule a session if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you offer meal plans or nutrition guides?
Yes! These are available as optional add-ons. You can purchase them directly from the shop.
Can I buy from anywhere in the world?
Absolutely — virtual training and digital programs are available worldwide. In-person sessions are limited to your selected locations.
