Refund policy

At The SKG Experience, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness coaching and bodybuilding posing sessions, both virtually and in person. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before booking any sessions.

1. Session Bookings

All bookings for virtual and in-person sessions must be paid in advance.

Once a session is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.

However, you may request to reschedule your session once, subject to trainer availability.

Trainer-Initiated Cancellations:

If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Refunds

Virtual Sessions:

Once a virtual session has been conducted, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are only applicable if a session is canceled by us or if a technical issue prevents the session from being delivered.

In-Person Sessions:

Refunds will not be provided after a session has taken place.

If you purchased a package of sessions, unused sessions may be refunded (minus a processing fee of 10%) if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session (virtual or in-person) without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

5. Digital Products / Training Materials

If any digital materials, workout plans, or posing guides are provided, these are non-refundable once delivered, due to their digital nature.
