I’m Shanique, your dedicated fitness coach. My journey in bodybuilding started young—at just 19, I earned my IFBB Pro Card in the Figure division. From there, I carved my name into the sport’s history: becoming one of the youngest Olympia champions ever at 23, winning both the Arnold Classic and Olympia in 2018, and defending my title with another Olympia victory in 2019 at 24 in Women’s Physique.
But beyond the stage, my passion is coaching. With years of experience in personal training, online coaching, and program design, I’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their physiques and build unshakable confidence.
